The regAction HSE Stats Application is an efficient environmental and safety incident data collection and reporting application providing all the necessary tools for immediate notification, analysis, response and agency reporting. The system produces all site and corporate incident statistics, charts and reports.

The HSE Stats System allows you to document workplace incident and spill/upset information.     EPA is currently finalizing an Information Collection Request renewal that includes minor TRI form changes resulting in minor modifications to the TRI schema. The regAction SARA 313 Module will have the needed schema changes for your 2011 report.
