The regAction webEMS application is a web-based environmental management system (EMS) used to manage a company's activities and processes to identify, control, and monitor the associated aspects that produce actual or potential environmental impacts.

The webEMS system enables users to monitor and measure performance against established objectives and targets so that improvement can be continually measured. It also provides a means for comprehensive documentation of the EMS program, procedures, and results of monitoring and auditing.

    EPA proposed changes to Part 82 that will vastly impact compliance efforts. webODS is there to support compliance now and into the future. Comments were due to EPA by 2/14/11. As of 11/16/11, no word on revised regulation

  • SARA 313 Changes

    EPA is currently finalizing an Information Collection Request renewal that includes minor TRI form changes resulting in minor modifications to the TRI schema. The regAction SARA 313 Module will have the needed schema changes for your 2011 report.
