webPOTW® - Wastewater Pretreatment Compliance

Municipal and Industrial Wastewater Inspection Management

The regAction webPOTW application is a web-based system for municipal oil and grease and industrial release program management. The system allows for a municipality to record inspections, collect analytical data, code inspection information, and track notices of violations associated with Categorical, non-Categorical, and Retail facilities and establishments.

The regAction webPOTW application enables you to manage thousands of industrial and kitchen oil and grease operations with minimal field personnel. Since the system is web-based, inspectors can access, enter and manage inspection data in the field. Industrial clients can upload monthly analytical data to the agency and the system is capable of managing Sludge Reports.

The regAction® webPOTW application allows the user to:

  • Categorize facilities and kitchens
  • Create inspection schedules in a random nature over planned times
  • Collect initial and follow-up inspection data
  • Upload and maintain analytical data
  • Create and manage Notice of Violations
