PART 82 ODS Regulation

EPA proposed changes to Part 82 that will vastly impact compliance efforts. webODS is there to support compliance now and into the future. Comments were due to EPA by 2/14/11. As of 11/16/11, no word on revised regulation

SARA 313 Changes

EPA is currently finalizing an Information Collection Request renewal that includes minor TRI form changes resulting in minor modifications to the TRI schema. The regAction SARA 313 Module will have the needed schema changes for your 2011 report.

SARA 313 TRI Reporting

There are no changes to the 2010 TRI Reporting Year. The TRI schema & documentation that supported 2009 Reporting are able to support 2010 Reporting.
