Please be advised that the new Customer Support workflow support requests will take effect as of May 22nd, 2017.

1. You will be required to follow Medgate’s Customer Support workflow to log all functional and technical questions.

2. You can reach us three ways:
• Submit tickets online: Register today on User Community, where you may submit tickets and also ask questions on our User Forums.
• Email: helpdesk@medgate.com
• Phone: 1-800-276-9120 Option 1

3. The Kayako tool and Chat feature will be decommissioned as of May 28th, 2017.
